“Edgar?” No response. “Edgar!” He forced
himself up as he scanned the room for a weapon. Then he heard footsteps.
“Si, I’m here. It’s okay.” Edgar appeared in
the doorway drenched in sweat, wearing only a pair of gym shorts. “I was working
out. I didn’t hear you at first.”
Si couldn’t decide what he wanted to do
more: tell Edgar off for what he’d done or relieve him of his minimal clothing
and taste the thick cock he could see outlined through them. Damn, Edgar was
hot like that—sweaty, worn out, hazel eyes sparkling. Edgar might have given up
fieldwork, but he hadn’t gone soft, that was for damn sure. Simon wanted to run

to God he hadn’t said anything to Edgar about wanting him. He’d sure had some
powerful dreams about Edgar—naked, in bed, giving Si what he craved.
“Are you okay?” Edgar asked.
Simon scowled at him. “No. You fucking
drugged me. How long did I sleep?”
